MICHAEL MEDOVOY

Michael works mainly in the field of commercial and corporate law and capital markets.

Lihy's work practice includes International Commercial and Corporate law, as well as Intellectual Property and Mergers and Acquisitions, with a special emphasis in the areas of commercial transactions and international commercial transactions.
Lihy provides overall advice and legal support and accompanies corporate clients in their day to day commercial and corporate activities in both Hebrew and English, including advising corporate clients on governance and legal issues.

Inbal specializes in cooperative societies (mainly kibbutzim), focusing on society-individual relationships and on the corporate aspects of such societies.
Inbal accompanies kibbutzim through the profound change processes they undergo, providing support and legal advice throughout the implementation of the change, from the inception stage until completion of the project.
Inbal has extensive experience in various procedures related to structural reorganization of kibbutzim, such as incorporation, privatization, and decision making processes.
In addition, she handles diverse aspects of the relationship between the kibbutz and its inhabitants (members, residents, tenants, etc.).
Inbal also engages in litigation, representing clients vis-?-vis institutional and private entities.

Prior to joining GKG Yariv had gained varied experience in the bankruptcy law field, receivership, winding up of companies and litigation, after being associated to the Ministry of Justice Official Receiver for 5 years.
Yariv represents corporations and individuals in a variety of civil-commercial matters before the entire range of Israeli courts, arbitration and mediation bodies, and various other committees and tribunals.

YAEL FLATAU-BILU

Yael practices in the areas of real estate and is also a member of the firm's Litigation and Execution Procedures team and provides assistance to clients in all matters relating thereto.
Yael specializes in accompanying real estate transactions and providing overall advice and legal support from the n egotiation stage until the completion of the project.
In addition, Yael has experience in real estate litigation, including evacuation and dispossession, declaratory orders, including hearings before the Israel Lands Administration, receivership under the supervision of the court and settlements with the mortgage banks regarding arrears in repayment of mortgage loans.
Yael has extensive experience in representing creditors in collection proceedings against debtors, including various court proceedings such as imposition of garnishments and liens, as well as stay of exit orders. Yael also conducts negotiations, drafts agreements between creditors and debtors and advises clients on collection proceedings and arrangements with debtors.

Michal Grady focuses her practice in the area of Labour Law.

Meytal accompanies various projects undertaken as part of decisions rendered by the Israel Land Administration regarding Agricultural Real Estate, including establishing communal neighborhoods, commercial and logistic centers and apartment ascriptions.
